♥ Application Processing - check references, including but not limited to applicants' veterinarian, personal, landlord or HOA references if applicable.
♥ Clerical - electronic records upload and organization, answering questions about the Boston breed or ABTRR's foster or adoption procedures. This could be done from anywhere.
♥ Grant Writer - sources grants and applications
♥ Fundraising - we need people who can solicit product donations for auctions, artsy/craftsy individuals who would be willing to create and donate their creation to a raffle or auction.
♥ Application Coordinator - be responsible for handling the completion of the application process. This includes following up with the applicant to let them know where we are in the process. This is email intensive as you will also need to answer any questions that the applicants might have regarding the application process. The perfect candidate for this position is highly organized and project management oriented.
♥ Foster Home Coordinator - Follow up with foster homes frequently to ensure they have all needed supplies and check for any medical/behavioral needs of the foster dog. Also obtain frequent (monthly) photos and updates on each foster.
